For physical products, refunds or replacements may be considered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed order details.
Customers must contact Printmodine within 3 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Customized physical products cannot be refunded due to wrong spelling, incorrect information, or design choices provided by the customer.
For digital products, all sales are final once Google Drive access, download access, or file delivery has been granted. Because digital files can be copied or downloaded, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases after access is provided.
If a buyer accidentally purchases the wrong digital product and has not yet received access, they may contact Printmodine for assistance.
